Giving in..

Why is it that I can never do something I want when it means my mother-in-law won't be happy? By never, I'm not playing the "my fish was thissssss big" story. If what I want goes against what she wants, even when my child is included, I have to back down. The whole point of Mommy and Me is for MOMMY to be there NOT grandma. I don't have anything special that I do with my baby...daddy gets bath, daddy gets bedtime, he only wants daddy to read the books..Mommy and me should be mine but because she'll react poorly to me saying I want to do it and not her, I have to back down and give up what I want.... Sometimes life just sucks
